Initial visit (75-90 min) $175

Return visit (1 hour) $150

Facial Acupuncture (60-75 min) $225

Acupuncture Packages:

5 pack (5 return visits) $675

10 pack (10 return visits) $1250

INSURANCE

We are in-network with most Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans, and we can work with most insurance plans that cover acupuncture out-of-network.  If you are unsure of your acupuncture benefits, let us know and we can help you navigate your policy. For new patients with insurance coverage for acupuncture, please provide your information at least one business day prior to your first appointment, so we can confirm your benefits ahead of time.  Please note, patients with insurance providers other than Blue Cross Blue Shield plans will be asked to pay for treatment at the time of service. We can provide superbills for reimbursement.

If you do not have insurance coverage for acupuncture, you can pay for services out of pocket.  We accept credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, cash, and electronic options (PayPal, Venmo, Chase QuickPay by Zelle) as payment.  A credit card is required to book your first appointment but will not be charged until the time of your visit or in the event of a last minute cancellation.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you cannot make your appointment time you must reschedule your visit, otherwise you will be charged the full fee (this applies even if you have insurance coverage, as we cannot bill insurance for missed appointments).
